1、功能:
管材負(fù)壓試驗機(jī)是根據(jù)管材在在實際應(yīng)用中的工作條件的要求而設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)的，用于測定熱塑性管材、復(fù)合管材zui大負(fù)壓值，是塑料管材生產(chǎn)廠商及檢測機(jī)構(gòu)*的檢測設(shè)備。此設(shè)備能夠充分體現(xiàn)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的水平。
2、符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
GB/T19471.2-2004《塑料管道系統(tǒng)   硬聚氯乙烯管材彈性密封圈式承口接頭   負(fù)壓密封試驗方法》、 ISO 13844：2000
3、基本原理：
將塑料管插口管段插入塑料管承口管段，使兩管段的軸線偏角滿足規(guī)定角度，并使插口管段產(chǎn)生一定的形變，在規(guī)定的溫度范圍內(nèi)，依次向試樣施加兩個規(guī)定的負(fù)內(nèi)壓，在規(guī)定的測試時間內(nèi)觀察試樣的密封情況。
工作架：
至少包括兩個緊固裝置，其中一個是可調(diào)節(jié)的，在向試樣施加負(fù)壓（相對真空）的同時，可以使試樣接頭處產(chǎn)生一定的偏轉(zhuǎn)角度。
夾具：可以在距離承口管段端面規(guī)定距離處的插口管段上，施加一個變形力。
真空泵：能施加并保持兩個規(guī)定的負(fù)壓。
隔離閥：安裝在真空泵和試樣之間。
試樣：
選擇適當(dāng)?shù)某叽纾懿牡钠骄鈴絛em，應(yīng)是在公差范圍內(nèi)的zui小值，并且承口尺寸（平均內(nèi)徑dem和放密封圈的密封槽的直徑）盡量取符合制造商規(guī)定的zui大值。
插口管段的自由長度L，是指承口端面和插口管段密封接頭端面的距離，等于5倍的公稱外徑dn，插口管段的自由長度Lzui小為500mm，zui大為1500mm。

四、試驗方法和步驟：
（一）試驗方法
1、按相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，選擇試樣安裝在試樣架上。
2、將經(jīng)過狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)后的試樣與加壓設(shè)備連接起來，然后根據(jù)試樣的材料、規(guī)格尺寸和加壓設(shè)備情況，當(dāng)達(dá)到試驗-（0.01±0.002）Mpa（絕壓0.093±0.002 Mpa）時關(guān)閉負(fù)壓泵開始計時。如果負(fù)壓變化超過0.005MPa，停止試驗。
如果負(fù)壓變化不超過0.005 MPa，則對試樣繼續(xù)施加負(fù)壓，直到壓力達(dá)到－（0.08±0.002）MPa（絕壓0.023±0.002 Mpa）。斷開試樣與負(fù)壓泵，監(jiān)控壓力15min，并記錄負(fù)壓的變化。
機(jī)器同時顯示壓力曲線的實時變化。

Four, tubing negative pressure testing machine testing methods and steps:

(a) test method

1, according to the requirements of relevant standards, the choice of sample installed on the specimen shelf.

2, after the sample conditioning after connected with the pressure equipment, then according tothe specimen material, size and compression equipment, when to test - (0.01 + 0.002) Mpa(absolute pressure of 0.093 + 0.002 Mpa) closed negative pressure pump start time. If thepressure changes more than 0.005MPa, stop test.

If the pressure changes less than 0.005 MPa, the sample is to continue to exert negative pressure, until the pressure reaches - (0.08 + 0.002) MPa (absolute pressure of 0.023 + 0.002 Mpa). Disconnect the specimen and the negative pressure pump, the monitoring pressure 15min, and record the change of the negative pressure.
