一、概述

本試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，通過人機(jī)對(duì)話方式，完成對(duì)絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗(yàn)。適用于對(duì)固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復(fù)合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷海瑩舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)試。儀器對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)快速、準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。

三、安全說明：

試驗(yàn)在較高電壓下進(jìn)行，所以我們?cè)谠O(shè)計(jì)時(shí)加以必要的保護(hù)措施以防止發(fā)生意外。

1．試驗(yàn)在試驗(yàn)箱中進(jìn)行，試樣可放在空氣中或變壓器油中。50KV電壓頭安全放電距離對(duì)四周均小于200mm，試驗(yàn)時(shí)即使觸到箱壁也不會(huì)發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

2．升壓變壓器高壓側(cè)尾端及儀器外殼是連接在一起的，即儀器外殼與該地點(diǎn)的地是等電位。

3．電路保護(hù)：儀器設(shè)有過流保護(hù)、過壓保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)電路等。

四、整機(jī)組成：

1、升壓部件：由調(diào)壓器和高壓變壓器組成0～50KV的升壓部分。

2、動(dòng)部件：由步進(jìn)電機(jī)均勻調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓器使加給高壓變壓器的電壓變化。

3、檢測(cè)部件：由集成電路組成的測(cè)量電路。通過信號(hào)線把檢測(cè)的模擬信號(hào)和開關(guān)信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。

4、計(jì)算機(jī)軟件：通過智能電路把由檢測(cè)設(shè)備采集的測(cè)控信號(hào)傳給計(jì)算機(jī)。計(jì)算機(jī)根據(jù)采集的信息控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行并處理試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

5、試驗(yàn)電極：根據(jù)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1408.1-2006)隨設(shè)備提供三個(gè)電極，具體規(guī)格為：Ф25mm×25mm兩個(gè)；Ф75mm×25mm一個(gè)。

三、安全說明：
